Another study in 2015 found that taking a vitamin E supplement of 400 IU a day for four months was much more effective than conventional medications for treating eczema symptoms, including itching and sores.
However, more research is needed before health care professionals can prescribe vitamin E supplements to treat eczema. To use vitamin E for eczema, consider taking an oral vitamin E supplement. However, you should inform your doctor before taking any supplement. Because regular overdose of vitamin E supplements can dangerously increase the amount of this vitamin in the body.
4- Help control psoriasis

Vitamin E supplementation in one study improved selenium concentrations in psoriasis patients. However, there is no evidence that the symptoms of psoriasis are reduced. Pumpkin seeds and spinach are two good sources of vitamin E.

5- Vitamin E reduces the effect of wounds
